When the alarm went off at 5:15 am it almost felt like being home again and we had to go to work. ALMOST we said! Instead of work, we were going on a dolphin tour, poor us 😉
There was no time for breakfast but instead we hurried to the beach to catch our boat at sunrise.
The beautiful sunrise was amazing – everything was calm, the hills and surroundings were swept in a mystical mist and the color of the sky changed from blue to red and orange…
Our boat sped through the water to get to the perfect location.
Being at pole position Greet was trying to spot the first sight of dolphins.
Together with dozens of other boats we started to reach the spot and after a while shouts rose as the first dolphins were spotted.
We were lucky this morning as we saw a lot of dolphins,
and the young ones playing 🙂
The dolphin tour was really amazing and we were very happy!
After breakfast we decided to go on a snorkeling trip to the reefs just outside the hotel. The snorkeling was ok with beautiful fish but the corals did not look so great and were unfortunately dead in many places. We both saw some new fishes we hadn’t seen before but we saw also classics like different kind of parrot fishes, surgeon fishes and Fredde’s favorite the small blue, white and black striped cleaning fishes (they clean the other bigger fishes).
After the snorkeling trip we got a little present from our hotel 🙂
and we enjoyed it on our porch.
We spent our last evening in Lovina by once again going into to the village for some dinner. This time we found a pizza restaurant and enjoyed our slices on a roof terrace.
Our stay at Aditya has been wonderful, just like our previous places. The best part of our trip so far is that everything has been unique and special but common to all the places is the excellent service, kindness and the beautiful surroundings.
